3.0 mm single point & 3 mm circular needles; 2½ mm crochet hook

Materials:

1(2) x 50 g ball 4-ply yarn [165 m/180 yds approx]; 3 mm circular needle (40 cm/16 ins); pair 3 mm needles; 2½ mm crochet hook; waist length narrow elastic; narrow ribbon (optional).
